Voting information must be usable by every voter. This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA and is built with:

• A visible focus indicator on every interactive element and a skip-to-content link.
• Semantic HTML landmarks, labeled navigation, and a logical heading order on every page.
• Fully keyboard-navigable menus and forms with programmatically associated labels.
• No autoplaying media, no flashing content, and animation limited to subtle transitions.
• Responsive layout that supports 200% zoom and small screens without horizontal scrolling.
