Privacy Policy

What we collect

This is a static informational site. We run no advertising networks and no third-party analytics trackers. We collect personal information in exactly one place: the contact form, where you voluntarily provide your name, email address, and message so we can respond. Contact submissions are stored in a private database and used only to handle your message.

How you vote is none of our business

We do not ask about, record, or infer your political views, party affiliation, or voting choices, and we never will.

Technical data

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) to deliver and protect the site; see the Cloudflare privacy policy. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-preserving CAPTCHA alternative). For abuse prevention, the contact API stores a one-way hash of the submitting IP address for rate limiting — never the raw address alongside your submission. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard request metadata when the font files are fetched.

Cookies

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly functional cookies required for security features such as Turnstile.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone. Contact submissions are retained only as long as needed to resolve them. To request deletion of a submission, email scott@savyadvisors.com.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
